LE TROGLO DES POMMES TAPEES
The troglo'tap offers a one-hour guided tour in the cellar: troglodyte habitat, extraction of tufa stone, video and tasting of rehydrated and dried tapped apples in a 19th century atmosphere. You will discover the production of this mysterious delicacy, a real local industry in the 19th century.
Today, François Vermeulen, the only apple tapper with a hammer, invites you to share this craft which has been the subject of numerous television reports.
