Degustation
Eye: luminous and crystalline appearance, salmon pink color with hints of partridge eye.
Nose: great freshness marked by notes of small red fruits (strawberry, red currant), rose and peach.
Palate : dry wine "tender", the saumur rosé offers a greedy freshness, a roundness without sweetness with notes of red fruits and exotic fruits.
Service temperature : 8°C
Harmony of food and wine: ideal with raw vegetables, cold cuts as well as grilled meats, brochettes, poultry, small fried foods.
Aging potential : To be drunk in the first years, but the generous vintages reserve surprises for several decades.
Location: The area of Saumur rosé is identical to that of the AOC Saumur white.
