the students of the Lycée du CFA et du CFPPA Edgard Pisani are waiting for you for a day to discover the professions of the vineyard and the wine !

School audience - An immersion in the wine business !

During the day, the lycée agricole Edgard Pisani of Montreuil-Bellay and its students of First and Final Bac Pro Vine and Wine will share their knowledge through 4 workshops

| Visit of the cellar - Harvest - Pressing - Initiation to the flavors.

General public - Guided tour and introduction to wine tasting

From 6:00 pm, adults and wine lovers will enjoy a tasting commented by apprentices of the CFAA 49, followed by a visit -in English & in French-.

| Introducing wine tasting and learning to appreciate a wine: this is the mission of the CFAA 49's BTSA Technico-commercial wine and spirits.

The Domaine du Haut Bellay lends the terrace of its cellar for this occasion. Through 3 vintages, the students will detail the steps of the tasting: eye, nose, palate. During their animation, they will complete their workshop with "tips and tricks" such as :

| How to recognize a young wine, an old wine ?

| How to uncork a bottle of sparkling wine without turning the cork?

Sale of wine possible at the end of the tasting.

Within its Tourism and Culture Department, the University of ESTHUA Angers offers a professional degree of tourism, with a specialization in communication and development of territories. Accessible after a Bac+2 diploma, this degree offers a course in "Designing services in wine tourism and gastronomy".
